is a collection of high-frequency observations of wind speed and wind directions in several tall masts for the Coastal Highway E39 bridge project in Mid-Norway. The masts are 50-100 m high and located in complex terrain near the shoreline in Halsafjorden, Julsundet and Storfjorden in the Møre og Romsdal county of Norway. Observations of the three-dimensional wind vector are done at 2-4 levels in each mast, with a temporal frequency of 10 Hz. Both 10-minute mean of filtered 10 Hz (raw) data as well as the filtered 10 Hz recordings are provided. The dataset is corroborated with observed profiles of temperature at two masts, as well as precipitation, atmospheric pressure, relative humidity and dew point at one site. The first masts were erected in 2014 and the campaign will continue to at least 2024. in economic\n      activities and a ‘knowledge economy’ raises questions about how geography\n      enables (and disables) learning and whether the production of tacit\n      knowledge has exclusively local or multiple overlapping geographies. This\n      thesis engages with this debate and considers its relevance to the\n      geographies of tacit knowledge production (learning) in the employees of\n      global advertising and law professional service firms operating in London\n      and New York City. It begins by critically engaging with theories of\n      knowledge, learning and their geographies to develop a spatially sensitive\n      approach to examine learning. Such an analysis is then applied in order to\n      understand the geographies of knowledge production in global advertising\n      and law firms. Three themes are addressed. First, why is tacit knowledge\n      important in the work of these firms? Second, what are the key practices\n      involved in producing such knowledge? Third, what are the geographies of\n      these practices and how important is the local scale (the communities\n      within London and New York) and the global scale (the communities\n      stretched between offices of the global firms studied) for knowledge\n      production. Research findings from semistructured interviews highlight the\n      multiple geographies of learning in the firms studied at both local and\n      global scales. This is enabled by a number of ‘embedding’ forces that\n      ‘smooth’ the learning process and that have multiple geographies\n      themselves. It is therefore argued that a relational and topological\n      analysis that traces the learning networks across space most usefully\n      provides insights into the geographies of knowledge production. This\n      reveals that the ‘networks and spaces of learning’ are fluid and transcend\n      spatial scales when suitable The masts are 50-100 m high and located in complex terrain near the shoreline in Halsafjorden, Julsundet and Storfjorden in the Møre og Romsdal county of Norway. Observations of the three-dimensional wind vector are done at 2-4 levels in each mast, with a temporal frequency of 10 Hz. Both 10-minute mean of filtered 10 Hz (raw) data as well as the filtered 10 Hz recordings are provided. The dataset is corroborated with observed profiles of temperature at two masts, as well as precipitation, atmospheric pressure, relative humidity and dew point at one site. The first masts were erected in 2014 and the campaign will continue to at least 2024. Participants were students or staff members of University of Hertfordshire or other volunteers from outside the university. The measurements were taken using an EMG acquisition device (g.USBamp amplifier) from g.tec medical engineering GmbH. The data acquisition parameters (sampling rate, channel selection and so on) of the device were configured using Simulink. Three EMG electrode channels were configured in bipolar mode with a sampling frequency of 1200Hz. EMG electrodes for Biceps Brachii muscles were connected to Ports 11-12 of g.USBamp, Frontal Deltoid muscles to Ports 13-14 and Middle Deltoid muscles to Ports 15-16. The tasks involved upper limb exercise, which simulated rowing, using a robot arm (HapticMaster robot) as directed by visual instructions on screen and audio cues. This involved moving a robotic end-effector, while an animated boat rowing environment running in front of the participant on an LCD monitor. There were be 3 groups of participants in this study. Group A participants did not receive any adaptation from the robot during the interaction and were given break periods at regular intervals. Group B interacted with the adaptive robotic environment, which was designed to adjust the difficulty level of the training exercise based on EMG based fatigue indicators. Group C participants had a similar environment as Group B, but the environment only adapted based on the subject-reported fatigue. The participants were asked to continue the exercise until they felt very tired or until they reported fatigue 3 times or until the maximum feasible robotic resistance was
